Crafting Your Perfect Sound
As a guitarist, I always felt most at home on a wide classical fingerboard- but I loved the brilliance of steel strings. Finding an instrument that offered both proved impossible, so I took matters into my own hands.
Using my experience in sculpture and woodworking, I built the guitar I couldn't find in a store. The process was transformative. I quickly fell in love with the technical alchemy of instrument building-learning how subtle changes in wood and geometry can completely redefine the sound and "feel' of a guitar. My process is focused on mastering the intricate variables of construction that dictate an instrument's unique tonal character and playability.
Today, that same scupltor's eye guides every instrument I create. I don't just build guitars; I bridge the gap between traditional craftsmanship and modern playability. My goal is to provide fellow musicians with instruments that remove the physical barriers to expression, allowing the wood, the strings and the player to speak in perfect unison.
